Adele Scala

Adele is a crucial member of the Team. Being a very small office, she is multi-skilled across all aspects of the business and provides front-line service to customers, being the key contact point for Shop, Classifieds, and Membership enquiries. Adele also addresses all initial queries coming into the business. She answers all incoming phone calls and email.

Michelle Martin

Michelle is a Director of I.T. Beyond and "conceived" the ExplorOz.com website concept with husband David in 2000, and also more recently, TriathlonOz.com in 2011. Currently, Michelle restricts her office work to school hours (9am - 2.30pm), however she is a key decision maker in the business and oversees many day-to-day issues including writing and/or development of site content, coordination of staff, contractors, volunteers, and workflow. Michelle also coordinates all business development, marketing and PR.

Managing Director / Site Developer

David Martin

With 26 years in the I.T. industry, David is the software developer for all features of the front end and back end systems used to manage ExplorOz.com and TriathlonOz.com being owned by I.T. Beyond Pty Ltd, of which David is the Managing Director. These sites include seemless integration of complex user profile features throughout and between the sites's customised content management system, our unique forum software, classifieds software, ad-serving, online mapping, and the EOTrackMe service. David's head is usually computing .NET, AJAX, jQuery, javascript, C#, VB, T-SQL etc and this means he is not involved directly in day-to-day business, nor can he provide technical support to site users. All public enquiries need to be channelled through Adele.

In addition to staff employed directly by I.T. Beyond, ExplorOz & TriathlonOz have arrangements with a number of third-party organisations in regards to faciliating the advertising services made available to our clients.

Swan Advertising handles graphic design requirements for ExplorOz advertisers who do not have acces to their own graphic designer. This arrangement offers advertisers a simple and cost effective method for being able to provide images to the specification of the Production Guidelines without the hassle of outsourcing.
