So now I'm getting serious - and got a new bike!

I (Michelle) have given this eventing caper some more thought and figured rather than be a spectator it is definatley more fun being involved in the race as a competitor. This however means the 9 year old heavy hybrid bike has to go and some serious money has to be put into a road race bike.

After a couple of weeks of researching on the internet and trying to get my head around all the terminology (105, ultegra, durace, WSD, etc) I sort of figured I had a basic idea of what you get for your money and what would be the key things for me to look for.

So here is my new pride and joy!
