It is with much joy that I can confirm I have enabled the out of office email system and am in the process of printing itineraries, changing
seat preferences and getting my stuff together to go to the Asia Pacific 70.3 Championships in Thailand. I fly out early 00:20 on Monday morning and will be at the Sheraton Grande Laguna by lunch time.
I am starting to look forward to going now it has however been a stressful few weeks, with events, passport dramas and the like but it is all coming to an end now and the flight is looming.
I will try to keep the
blogs going using the iPhone while I am away (I will be getting a local SIM in Thailand to use data and cheaper calls). This will also serve to let Michelle and the girls know what I am up to in Thailand, as this is a boys trip with 3 of us heading over together.
Tonight I am going to do a 10km run with the Tri Club. This race is one of the big club events and is called the Max Greive Classic. We run from
Sorrento Surf Club at 6PM. Should be interesting it is hot and windy at the moment so good training for Thailand.
