Legs: S0.75/C20/R5
Race 1 of the Trishave Triathlon NSW Spring Series of 4 races from Dec - March. The series will be staged in the safe waters of Botany Bay, and over roads and trails surrounding the Botany Bay National Park. Kurnell is an ideal introduction to triathlon for beginners, and is an extremely popular event for seasoned triathletes as well.

Course Details:
The 750m Swim in the waters of Botany Bay is a beach start just west of the Captain Cook Monument.

The 20km Cycle is a 1 lap, out and back course starting within the grounds of Kamay Botany Bay National Park.

The 5km Run is a 3-lap course utilising sealed paths and grass trails within the beautiful surrounds of the Botany Bay National Park.
