Back now from
Ningaloo and in
Perth. Back to the bike after a few weeks off. Brad (my coach) has set a heavy week on the bike this week to get me started again.
Training Program Week 8
I have just come back from a visit with the coach and picked up my next series of training notes. This takes me right up to the taper. So time to get moving only 4 weeks of heavy training to go. Michelle and I have been spending more time in arranging the rest of out trip also. We are planning to spend 5 weeks in the SW USA with the kids so there is a lot of planning to do apart for just race prep.
