I've been competiting in triathlons and multisport
events since 2009 at various distances from sprint to Ironman 70.3.
I love what triathlon brings into my life - better health and fitness, a great group of people to hang out with, and the feeling of achievement in what you accomplish everyday before breakfast, oh and of course the freedom to enjoy eating a piece of chocolate now and then without guilt ;)
