Comment: Progress - Week 4 Day 1

Well done. I count myself a beginner after a few novice races and this year am concentrating on my running. I have signed up for a half marathon in May. With my running, I run on grass, asphalt, a little bit of concrete and as much as I can on dirt trails. I live out of town on a dirt road, and I find the dirt road doesn't hurt my joints or my feet, and I am overweight. ALS look up running australai and search for their article on the cadence of running. I have found it really helpful. Good luck.

Sorry For the late reply, Thanks Sharon, You are full of advice. I am no where near the running a marathon stage but am happy i can now slowly jog 2-3kms.. :)
