Workout of the Day - SWIM

We have decided to start a new daily thread with a workout of the day so here is the first. I did this swim this morning:

Warm Up:
300 Swim, 300 Kick, 300 Pull, 200 Swim, 200 Kick, 200 Pull

Main Set:
4x50 Right Arm/Left Arm 0:20 Rest
300 SWIM 0:30 Rest
4x50 Finger Tip Drag 0:20 Rest
300 SWIM 0:30 Rest
4x50 Catch Up 0:20 Rest
2x300 SWIM 0:20 Rest

Cool Down:
100 Any Stroke

Total 3400M
