Workout of the Day - RUN

Today we are doing a double day run. This type of running allows you to build your daily distance without the same level of fatigue you would feel if trying to run the full distance in one session.

DD Run 18km Total 7<11km @ comfortable pace

One session AM and one PM. Do between 7 & 11 kms on each session. So am could be 11 with PM 8 or am 9 and pm 9. It is up to you but do no less than 7 and no more than 11 in each session.
If it's not hurting your not tri'ing!
