Today we will look at a Recovery Ride.

30km on the road or 1 hr on windtrainer.

Using the small chain ring maintain 100-120RPM and try to maintain a steady heart rate of 75%.

This program is much easier on a windtrainer but can be done on the road if needed. Just try to keep a steady cadence and heart rate.

If it's not hurting your not tri'ing!
