Workout of the Day - SWIM

Todays swim is a strength workout. For this workout when using a pull bouy, paddles are recommended. If you are just starting with paddles then use them only for part of the set, or omit them it is up to you.

Warm Up:
300 Swim, 200 Kick, 100 Swim

Main Set:
4 x 200 PULL each getting faster 0:25 Rest
4 x 150 PULL each getting faster 0:20 Rest
4 x 100 PULL each getting fatser 0:15 Rest
4 x 50 PULL each getting fatser 0:10 Rest

Cool Down:
100 Any Stroke

Total 2700M
