Workout of the Day - RUN

For this run you will need to know your Threshold Pace (T). This is a pace you could hold for an hour, but slower that your 10km pace (we will look at adding a calculator to help you work this out in the future).

Run 10km at easy/steady pace and include 4 x 1km at T with 1 min active recovery. Finish at steady pace.

Enjoy this one I do this one frequently.
