A very plain and simple

Long Ride 90km.

Just go and keep going away from home till the computer says 45 then turn around and go home. Nothing tricky, nothing special just spend around 3 hours on the bike.

If you are a 70.3 competitor then this is bread and butter stuff that should be a normal weekend event. In any case a ride of this length is always good regardless of your requirements.

If it's not hurting your not tri'ing!
