Workout of the Day - REST

Adequate rest is critical to achieving performance improvements, however it is common to find triathletes who focus solely on the training. In much the same way, an injured triathlete will often not take adequate time for a full recovery.

So today we are going to put this into practise and have a day off. You MUST include rest days in your program.
