"TV Ad-Break Leg It" Indoor cycling workout

Warm Up
5:00 Easy Pedal
12:00 3 x (1:00 right leg, 1:00 both legs, 1:00 left leg, 1:00 both legs).

Main Set
30:00 - 60:00 Watching TV - cadence 95RPM until ad break; during ads 0:30 alternating single leg workouts try to keep cadence above 90.

Cool Down
5:00 at 90rpm
