Oh I am running a little behind on the
blogs. Week 9 was a build week until Thursday night when my knee made a tearing feeling at running intervals. This basically stopped me at 3.5km and I was unable to continue running. I went
home and iced the knee instead. It was really sore for th enext few days but I still managed to swim and cycle.
I decided to cancel
Yoga as I am sure this will put too much pressure on the knee. I also made a booking for the Physio on Monday 2nd. Hoping it will be all ok.
