Oh I felt like crap on my run this morning. Some days it just feels impossible to get started. Maybe it has to do with having
yoga on Sunday or maybe the second ice cream I had for desert. What every it is I was not a happy runner this morning. So this is the start of week three of my program with the Las Vegas world champs race in Sept and I just thought I would provide some insite into the traning so far.

So the above image shows the output from my activity logs for the week just gone being WE 19 June 2011. So you can see the level that my coach has me at in week 2 of my 14 week program. I hope I feel better for this afternoons run I have 8kms to go to get my 21 km total for the day.
