OMG - it is getting harder at the moment. I have just come
home from a 21km long run this morning as the first activity of my Week 4 program but I thought I would show you the Week 3 progress.
Training Program Week 3
So the training is coming along with or without the body keeping up. I must admit Brad (my coach) is pushing me harder than I would normally work, I hope the results show on the day. Anyway back to work for me working on some new Garmin upload code for TriathlonOz whihc shold be published in the next day or two. Once this is running I will load heaps more of the actual activity logs which you will be able to download.
