Well I am getting tired these days so the program must be working me hard. This week I added a track session on Friday night that waws held by the North Coast Tri Club. It was a blast but did make the 90km
hill ride a little tough in the morning. As you can see the time & distance are building each week.
Training Program Week 4

On Saturday morning (early) I am heading to
Ningaloo for a
well deserved two weeks of fishing and beach fun with the family and friends. Do not worry Brad (my coach) has given me training notes and a program to keep up the work load whilst I am away however I will not be on the bike as much. I will post up my week 5 notes on Friday night as I will not get much done on Saturday and Sunday as I will be driving most of the days and setting up
camp etc.
