Anyway this week started off as a bike week as I will be off the bike now for two weeks due to being camped on a beach (this is not compatible with road or race bikes, in fact the sand is soft so even the MTB is not a good choice). Part of this weeks program had a few rides on Sat/Sun whcih I am missing so I went out this monring for a ride. I was so stuffed that I only got 30km. I even had the shoes in the garage to run off the bike and I just could not face it so I went inside ate breakfast and got the day of packing started.
I had a big week anyway with a 23km run Monday and 120km ride on Tuesday. You can see this in the image below:

So I will still be traning but may or may not publish the details till after my return so till then enjoy your training (if you are doing some) and be safe.
