Well the preparations are over the travel plans and arrangements are complete and the race has been run.
Overall I am a little disappointed with my result I reckon I was about 5 mins a leg off my pace. But on the upside it was my first travel away HIM and the course was hard and the day was hot. I also had mixed training lead up, with injury two weeks ago and a three week holiday about 6 weeks ago. So overall I am happily disappointed.
