Week 9 down only 5 weeks to race day. I am feeling good at the moment, things seem to be coming together at the right time. I had a great ride on Saturday, I went up to the hills and did that same ride as I had done a few weeks ago. I used my Garmin in course mode (first time) and followed the course, I found it great using the course mode system and must use this more as it gives you real time comparisons to your last ride. Of course because I sort of knew where I was going and had the computer keeping me on track I was able to easily beat my last time.

Training Program Week 9 (World Champs Las Vegas 2011)
You will notice the multi brick session on Wednesday this was 2 hours of 10 min ride/ 10 min run. I put in a solid effort for this session but it was tough.
