You could always cheat and use Pitstop (latex
puncture repair)! We've had 3 flat tyres between us this week too, and Norm got one on the club ride this morning. What is it with smashed bottles? So what was the song.... go on tell us!

I can't remember what song it was exactly - something with a good beat. My music is a bit embarrassing really - nothing very sophisticated, just stuff that gets the legs moving! I am also prone to belt out the chorus when I think nobody can hear me. Sadly I have no singing abilities at all.
