Jen, how do you do that? Only you could make IM training actually sound interesting!! I think that great sense of humour will be an asset as the weeks go along, coupled with that nagging thought "am I doing enough?" - David has told me about that nasty mindgame!

Unlike you, I am calorie counting as I"m doing almost zilch right now and terrified of putting on weight (I had put on 3kg but I've dealt with that now). I think training and eating is much better fun than dieting and lazy sleep ins to 7.30am!! But I shan't brag on in case you chuck your shoes at me! tee hee hee. Great blog. thanks
