And you know, I can help with that core workout stuff you mention - I have a set of exercises on a sheet in my program that I am following - why didn't you ask? I found the top 5 strength exercises illustrated in the "Ironman 70.3 - Training for the Middle Distance" book I got from our shop. They are: Obliques, Abs, Front Plank variation (for glutes/trunk), and Side Plank (for lateral trunk). Add in any particular workout to focus on an area of weakness (for me that is glutes and quads to improve running form) and any important stretches (for me, that's hip flexors) and you've got 45mins - do it 2x week in front of TV. You've seen me doing it, now join me you slacker!!!
