Oh wow, that's an awesome reference Baz, thanks for posting that. BTW - I have been religiously pumping the iron for the past 3 months - you'd be happy with me, and now I"m hoping that this will help me with the upcoming "Mudd Rush" - god knows what kind of hideous muddy climb/scramble/obstacle I'm going to encounter but I've never felt stronger in my life.... (LOL albeit the new osteo-arthritis I'm feeling in my thumbs - figured out I was balancing the 9kg dumbell on my thumbs too much for the lat pull-overs DOH) and taking the strain onto the bike and now just holding a plate or sqeezing my drink bottle is impossible! Age and overuse :(
