Comment: My Running Rehab Plan

Oh and unfortunately, the kids are NOT impressed by the muffins I've made using buckwheat flour and no cane sugar! How can I make healthy treats for the kids without sugar that they will eat? I though they were pretty good - bland yes, but tasty. The first batch used so much raw cacao, cacao butter, coconut butter, flax meal, flax oil, medjol dates etc - and went down slightly better than the carrot muffins. Oh well....
Some wish for it, others work for it!
