Comment: My Running Rehab Plan

26th Nov update.... I have successfully completed the 6 week rehab plan!!! Whoohoo! I had a small setback on Monday this week, with serious pains in my left knee (the same problem) and didn't complete my 30min outdoor run, but pushed through to 22mins and walked home. However I realised I had dropped the ball on my hip strengthening and ITB stretching exercises so I worked really hard on that this week and did another run on Thursday - this time doing the 30mins totally pain free (on treadmill), AND then I did another run on Sunday (also on treadmill) but I did the longest run of my plan - a full 40mins and NO PAIN!! I've done it!
Some wish for it, others work for it!
