I just registered myself, and the screen just asks for your first name, and an email address and it looks like if they get enough interest, they might be able to justify hosting it. They say you'll be sent an email with more info soon.

We have the best weather in WA for half IM and lots of passionate triathletes and we only have 1 event per year in our state (Busselton), so this is a great idea!
