So who else is doing it?
I only entered yesterday but doing a team effort with Kate (from The Fitness Firm) as a warm-up for the
Blackwood next weekend. Anyone also doing the
Blackwood?

events are listed in the WA Event Calendar here on TriathlonOz.
These
events quickly add up, this week I've paid $330 to enter the
Busselton 70.3 (x 2 - hubby also),
sorrento challenge $100 ($50 my half share),
Blackwood $168 ($84 my half share) and accommodation for 2 nights in
Bridgetown. Ahh!!

Yayy! We brought
home the second place medal!
Kate did an awesome effort with a tough aquathlon type swim consisting of 2 swim sets with a beach run inbetween (1.2km swim), I'm a bit of a joke at the paddling but got through it, and then Kate put up a speedy 3 lap run totally 7.5k with a long soft sandy stretch on each lap. We've teamed before and will team again next weekend, so hope our good luck continues! Thanks mate, it was fun doing it with you once again.
