This is an endurance speed session of 2.8k

If doing this in a 50m pool, you'll end Main Set 1 back at the start end of the pool, but on repeats 1 & 3 you'll be at the other end of the pool.

Take 30 sec rest before starting Main Set 2.

Warm-up: 900m (300 SW, 200 Pull, 100 SW, 6x50 MOD :10RI)
Main Set 1: 4x (200 MOD: 20RI; 2x75 FAST: 15RI)
Main Set 2: 400m (100 Pull easy, 200 SW MOD, 100 Pull easy)
Cool-down: 100m
