We Have Arrived In Busselton for 70.3

We have just arrived in Busselton for this weekends Ironman 70.3. For me it has been a whirlwind for the last few days having just returned from Sydney last night.

I went to Sydney for a family medical problem that seems to be heading to a positive result. I must admit that the trip has made me very tired and I missed some of my usual preparations but I am here and trying to get my head into the right space.

So today has been a little hectic with getting fully unpacked and then repacked for the race, trying to cram 4 bikes and luggage into the car, paying business bills, lodging BAS and company tax payments then a drive for a few hours to get to Busso! No wonder I feel tired, I have my feet up on the lounge right now as I type this update on my iPhone.

Tomorrow see's us registering and racking the bikes (I still have to check mine it has a strange noise and I just put on the race wheels this morning). The kids have a Tristars event in the afternoon then dinner and race briefing. So it appears another busy day awaits, I hope I get myself into gear!

Michelle is pumped and eager, I am sure she will do really well.

I will try to submit another update tomorrow before the race. Till then have a look at the photos around the resort pool, the kids are in the heated spa now.
